The Empress sits peacefully in an apocalyptic wasteland, her throne a rusted car, her backdrop a city reclaimed by nature. She herself is one with nature, from her head grows vines that twine through metal and crack concrete. The green vines that burst through display windows and doorways show fertility and life, but in her hand sits a skull - a reminder that death is part of the cycle of life. All things have come from nature, and to nature, all things shall return.
