The Forest Witch

Amidst the dappled sunlight deep within the damp forest, smelling of petrichor and mushrooms, one can find the forest witch. With her broom of ferns, speckled with interloping mushrooms, she forages for herbs, baths in the scents and sights of the deep forest, and traverses over gnarled roots and twisting streams. Here, amongst the trees, nature thrives in a complex dance, life subsuming life to create an eternal cycle.
